About us

Vivoneco is a small startup company located in northern Italy. Funded in the end of 2007, it is working on building its first product.

The Team

Giovanni Margaroli – co-founder and CEO

Giovanni was born in Val d’Ossola, a wonderful valley close to Swirtzerland. While studying engineering, he has started his teaching career in Verbania that has later evolved into his setting up his first business venture. When the company he has created was acquired by Olivetti, Giovanni has started his professional career in management that has brought him to work for industry giants such as Honneywell and ABB, while his passion for literature and mountaineering have resulted in his starting a small publishing house Tararà and an alpine internet portal DiscoveryAlps, launched in 2001.

Giovanni is Vivoneco's CEO and leads the company's marketing and business development. He's also there to cool down the spirits of his younger partners with his wisdom and sense of humour.

Michael Tabolsky – co-founder

Was born in 1978 in Moldova which was a part of the Soviet Union then. Has finished the high school and started the University studies towards a degree in Computer Sciences and Marketing. In 1998 repatriated to Israel where studied Physics for two years and started the professional career. The interest in computers and all the surrounding technologies started to develop when he was eleven. Since then Michael worked in various big and small companies achieving wide expertise in TLC and IT areas growing up from first level technical support to system and network architect.

From 2004 Michael is working in Italy as an independent ICT consulter on projects for companies ranging from small start-ups to big enterprises.

Michael is Vivoneco's technical backbone. With his ability to design, supervise and implement anything from wiring to mission-critical cluster systems, he is the mind behind the solid and swift operation of Vivoneco's systems. He's also famous for his dislike of strlen function.

Alexander Karelin – co-founder

Alexander was born in Moscow, former USSR in 1976. In early nineties he and his family immigrated to Israel where, in the mid nineties, he begun his career as a software engineer. His professional experience spans from digital publishing to communication systems to web marketing. In 2004 Alexander was invited to work as a consultant in an Italian company and moved to Italy.

Alexander is behind Vivoneco's software development and communication. He's usually late and if something doesn't work it's certainly his fault.
